DIY Therapy! A lot of what we do in occupational therapy includes breaking things down into smaller pieces so that they become “user friendly!” I like to tell parents that everyday activities are therapy. Sometimes life does not allow us the luxury of taking added time to spend on extra therapy tasks. These are just a few items to give you some understanding of how easy it is to incorporate therapeutic activities into daily life. If you have questions, comments or suggestions for future blogs please leave me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Have a Sensational Day!
